Description: Have you been good this year? To celebrate the onslaught of winter, we bring you this devilishly delicious India Pale Ale brewed with hand-picked Spruce Tips from Kent Farms. Spruce Tips have been used in the making of beer for hundreds of years and often have been seen as a replacement for hops. Spruce imparts a fresh, bright citrus-like pine character to beer and notes of berry sweetness. Combined with some of the finest hops from the Pacific Northwest, this is truly a special offering. Description: May it be a day filled with skiing, hiking, snowmobiling, sledding, or just staying indoors staying warm and cozy, this winter ale will surely bring you delight. Sleigher has a medium body that carries holiday spices, orange peel, and a hint of chocolate malt. The aroma is reminiscent of spiced confectionary goods and has a very tasty finish that will make you want more than one.

Description: A beer brewed to honor everyone’s number one favorite talking Christmas egg, Eggbert! Bright fruity hop notes meet a woodsy finish for a beer that tastes like a winter walk through a hop yard.
Heavy Boots of Lead: Coffee Variant • 11% ABV
Description: From the Great Magnetic Field steps out the beast- HEAVY BOOTS OF LEAD! With a heart full of dread, this Imperial Stout has come bringing an intense tasting experience. Layered and lush from imported malts, taste the rich, heavy body of dense chocolatey bread, with an aroma of warm vanilla, dark high cacao chocolate bars, deep espresso, warm brownies, and a long off-dry finish of dark coco nibs and toasty grain and this year for the first time, enjoy a coffee variant thanks to our friends at Mighty Oak. Drink now for an otherworldly experience of bright fruity chocolate, or cellar in a cold dark place to let the gentler coco notes grow in their dark power.

Plowman’s Festivus • 5.6% ABV
Description: A festive version of our go-to pilsner, aged on sage and juniper berries, and lightly dry-hopped. This aromatic offering will pair perfectly with any holiday feast.
Stay The Night • 7% ABV
Description: This beer uses only the finest German hops and specialty malts in order to imagine what a German Stout might be like if Germans actually made stouts. It’s rich and flavorful with notes of hazelnut, almond, burnt caramel and toffee, and just enough alcohol to help keep you warm during these cold winter months.
Pie Chai • 8% ABV
Description: A deep brown porter brewed with dark malts, lending coffee and chocolate notes. With all the spices of a pumpkin pie and aromatic chai: nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, clove, cardamon, black pepper, ginger, rose petals, and mint.
tOATal Darkness Stout • 5% ABV
Description: Oatmeal Stout with rich, smooth malty chocolate flavors without the burnt toast flavors found in many stouts. Lighter bodied so you don’t fill up after one pint.
Kranberry Kringle • 4.9% ABV
Description: Spiced traditionally with orange peel and coriander — Kranberry Kringle is also kissed with a healthy dose of cranberries for a pleasant, sweet-tart celebration at the end of every sip.
Pandamonium • 11% ABV
Description: Brewed at the end of every year and rested for the full next year in bourbon and grape brandy barrels, this beer is equally complex as it is compelling. Limited quantities of 2018 – 2023 vintages currently available only at Mill House Brewing Company in 750ml bottles.

Description: At the end of a long night of delivering presents, we imagine that Santa’s had enough milk and cookies and instead, loves to settle in with a juicy and delicious IPA. Kringle Juice features an initial blast of orange and tangerine in the aroma that blends with flavors of pear and kiwi over a silky smooth mouthfeel. This beer pairs extremely well with caroling, mistletoe, and good tidings.

At 6.4% ABV, and hopped with Altus, Simcoe and Amarillo, this is a super smooth IPA with just enough of a bready malty backbone to take you back in time.

Description: Cold Day IPA is a reminder that cold days can still be beautiful, especially in New York! Cold Day was brewed with Strata hops and has subtle haze with amazing citrus aromas.
Fríða – Flemish Red Ale • 5.5% ABV
Description: A soft acidity, best enjoyed in the awkward company of a stranger whilst discussing the cultural significance of OK Computer. The color kind of hints at the flavor to come: complex fruit flavors (black cherries, orange, red currants), which play into some Munich and Vienna malts, with vanilla or chocolate notes borrowed from the oak aging process, and varying degrees of sourness to zing it all up.
